We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns policy
Items must be in original condition, unworn with tags and packaging intact.
Orders placed with a discount of 20% or more, or Afterpay, are eligible for a gift card only. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Gift cards do not incure this fee.
Returns will be processed within 3 days. Refunds will be processed back via your original payment method and store credits will be issued as a gift card valid for 3 years.
The cost of returning your order to Beije is at the customers expense. We strongly recommend shipping your return back using trackable post. Beije is not responsible for any returns which are lost in the post or do not arrive.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternate style or size please include this when you request your return.

Incorrect or faulty items
To ensure the quality of our products, every order is carefully accessed by our team prior to dispatch.
However, if you have received an item that is incorrect, or that you believe to be faulty, please email customercare@studiobeije.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
If you believe that a fault has occurred with an item purchased from studiobeije.com, please email customercare@studiobeije.com with photos and a brief explanation of the issue so that we can work to find a resolution for you. We reserve the right to repair, or replace an item we deem to be faulty as a first resort. Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered as faulty. All faulty items will be assessed upon return, so must be sent back clean.
